Welcome to Areas Musicals Center. By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Services

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our musical instruments as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Availability: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [GHS].
  • We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders if an instrument is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error.
  • Payment must be confirmed before delivery or pickup.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Takoradi & Beyond)

  • Local Pickup: Customers in Takoradi are welcome to pick up their orders at our center during business hours.
  • Delivery: Shipping costs and timelines vary based on location. Areas Musicals Center is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and “as-new” condition.

  • Customized orders or “used” items sold as-is are generally non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

As we focus on “Quality & Long Lasting” equipment, new instruments may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Areas Musicals Center provides 6 months of limited technical support for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or environmental exposure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Areas Musicals Center shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
